Liza is so lovely and really made me feel relaxed which is so important when getting SMU! We discussed the colour together, had a thorough consultation and I'm so pleased with the results! Had a really comfortable experience getting my legs waxed in a nice warm bed and as if helps ease the discomfort.. The eye lash extension result was beyond what I was expecting.. Emmas customer service has been amazing in every treatment I've ever received

What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. Really lovely experience. Liza was very professional from start to finish and completed an eyebrow wax and tint on myself. I've got very uneven eyebrows with gaps but Liza talked through the process and took me step by step with what she was doing. I'm so happy I don't have to draw my eyebrows in anymore! Thanks Liza xx
