I honestly would never go anywhere else now. She is hands down the best wax lady I’ve ever been to 😭 makes you feel SO comfortable, is so thorough, and somehow makes the whole thing way less painful than anywhere else I’ve been. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. The results are always perfect every single time. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🫶

Wonderful experience with Louise. Accommodated me and my mum so sincerely, making me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my whole experience. Lovely woman and a lovely experience, especially since it was my first wax. Will definitely be returning, and couldn’t recommend her service enough! 🩷

I had my first facial with a back, neck, and shoulder massage today, and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Charley didn’t disappoint and, as always, made sure she took every step she could to make the experience relaxing. The back, neck, and shoulder massage was exactly what I needed. Charley quickly identified tension areas and got to work on them. She was attentive, professional, and so thoughtful throughout the entire appointment, checking in just enough to make sure I was comfortable while still allowing me to fully unwind. ❤️

As a disabled customer, I rely on external support to meet my personal care needs. Louise is very person centred as well as inclusive. She goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. The service is always very welcoming and respectful. My body isn't always cooperative, and often has a mind of its own. But, during those moments, Louise has the ability to make me feel at ease, whilst maintaining my dignity. Lousie is very skilled at what she does. Her services are very reasonably priced and excellent value. The waxing room is always very clean and smells lovely too.

I had a wax, massage & facial appointment today with Harri. She made me feel so at ease having a Hollywood wax, it was like being in the room with a friend. The massage was so relaxing! I booked a Swedish full body massage for my mother in-law last Wednesday as a birthday surprise and she absolutely loved it! And has not stopped talking about it since. She said it was the best massage she has ever received. It was very relaxing and soothing. She couldn’t stop complimenting Charley, who was very gentle and kind and treated her with so much care. Thank you again for making her experience feel so special and we would definitely be booking again in the future. 💗
