I honestly would never go anywhere else now. She is hands down the best wax lady I’ve ever been to 😭 makes you feel SO comfortable, is so thorough, and somehow makes the whole thing way less painful than anywhere else I’ve been. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. The results are always perfect every single time. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🫶

As a disabled customer, I rely on external support to meet my personal care needs. Louise is very person centred as well as inclusive. She goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. The service is always very welcoming and respectful. My body isn't always cooperative, and often has a mind of its own. But, during those moments, Louise has the ability to make me feel at ease, whilst maintaining my dignity. Lousie is very skilled at what she does. Her services are very reasonably priced and excellent value. The waxing room is always very clean and smells lovely too.

I had a wax, massage & facial appointment today with Harri. She made me feel so at ease having a Hollywood wax, it was like being in the room with a friend. The massage was so relaxing! I’ve been a client of Lou’s for several years now, and she’s honestly brilliant! From making the world’s most awkward appointment feel completely comfortable, to giving me lashes so good I actually fell asleep while she worked (which says everything about how relaxing she is!). She’s professional, friendly, and somehow makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend. 10/10 recommend… just don’t all book at once because her diary is busy for a very good reason! 🤍
