Moving from Toronto, I’m used to very efficient wax services. I’ve tried the sugaring in Winnipeg at a few places and find it painful and soo slow! Sheila was very receptive to my worries and got things done so quickly and painlessly (or as painless as you can get with a Brazilian wax). She was comfortable using waxing or sugaring and kept me laughing and distracted the whole time. I would definitely recommend her! Also, the prices can’t be beat!

Upon arriving to this chic, modern and emaculate establishment, I was immediately impressed! Shiela is personable, genuinely friendly, authentic, and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Brazilian waxing was impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Urban Serenity, and once you do ,you won't want to go anywhere else! I loved it and am so glad to have found this hidden gem.

Went to see Sheila again for hair removal and, as always, she did a fantastic job. She is so skilled and takes great pride in her work. An added bonus is that she is a very kind and interesting person who is such a pleasure to talk to during the appointment. She’s the best.

Sasha did an excellent job on my pedicure, but she seemed very distracted. She started my pedicure late as she was doing something else and I don't think I got the full massage I should have gotten with the service I purchased. I was a little disappointed since I paid extra for a 'luxury' service.

I booked an appointment for a customized facial at Manuka Spa based on the excellent Google reviews while visiting Winnipeg. Pam did an exceptional job from start to finish, giving an excellent overview of my skin condition and tailored the facial to meet my skin needs. She explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. It was my first time trying Eminence products, which all felt wonderful and smelled great. The facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, and a scalp and hand massage, which were very relaxing. My skin already feels and looks better. Thank you Pam!

Based on my daughter’s recommendation, I tried Dark Shugar Saloon and had a great experience. I did eyebrow waxing, a blowout, and cornrows; all were done with care and professionalism. Chioma’s product recommendations were excellent, and Alexis helped me choose crochet braids. I will be returning.

Amazing!!! She is absolutely incredible and so kind!! I would 1000% recommend going to her for any of your esthetic needs!! I got a lash lift which was so incredibly relaxing and it turned out sooo beautiful, my lashes have never looked better. The same goes for my eyebrows, she really slayed with them and made sure to get every little brow hair! When it comes to waxing she is so patient and it doesn’t even hurt, she has the magic touch for sure. She also took such great care of my cuticles, my hands feel so smooth and my cuticles look so healthy!! I cannot recommend Miss Chelle enough!

Rachelle is so welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and we love to chat. The time goes by so quickly and you don’t even realize that she is ripping your hair out 😂. I’ve been to a few places. Sylke-E-FYNE is by far the best. Also it is very clean.

At first I thought it was too expensive but decided to treat myself. I can’t tell you how amazing it was to be pampered for 3 hours. Michelle is fantastic. My skin is glowing. The pedicure is the best I ever had.
