Upon arriving to this chic, modern and emaculate establishment, I was immediately impressed! Shiela is personable, genuinely friendly, authentic, and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Brazilian waxing was impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Urban Serenity, and once you do ,you won't want to go anywhere else! I loved it and am so glad to have found this hidden gem.

Moving from Toronto, I’m used to very efficient wax services. I’ve tried the sugaring in Winnipeg at a few places and find it painful and soo slow! Sheila was very receptive to my worries and got things done so quickly and painlessly (or as painless as you can get with a Brazilian wax). She was comfortable using waxing or sugaring and kept me laughing and distracted the whole time. I would definitely recommend her! Also, the prices can’t be beat!

Seen two Technicians…. One for my pedicure and the other for my gel nails. Both these individuals were excellent….certainly aim to please!! Keep up the great work. I’ve seen Pam many times for waxing and she is not only incredibly thorough, but kind, polite and really has a great bedside manner. I can’t recommend her enough!

Amazing!!! She is absolutely incredible and so kind!! I would 1000% recommend going to her for any of your esthetic needs!! I got a lash lift which was so incredibly relaxing and it turned out sooo beautiful, my lashes have never looked better. The same goes for my eyebrows, she really slayed with them and made sure to get every little brow hair! When it comes to waxing she is so patient and it doesn’t even hurt, she has the magic touch for sure. She also took such great care of my cuticles, my hands feel so smooth and my cuticles look so healthy!! I cannot recommend Miss Chelle enough!

This was my 1st time at Dark Shugar and definitely will not be my last. This is the most professionally run hair salon I have been at in my 40 years of hair salons. The staff are attentive and focused on their clients and I noticed that not only Alexis, but all of her staff take the time to ask and make sure that all their clients are happy with the hair treatments throughout their appointments.
