Most importantly, they did the Brazilian wax properly—unlike my last experience elsewhere, where I was charged double for only half the service. I visited Jade Thread and Wax Bar- (Bayview location). I was greeted by Jyoti, who did threading on my brows. I was not feeling my best due to a headache I experienced earlier in the day. Jyoti provided me with some water and after doing my eyebrows gave me a gentle massage around my face which help immensely. Overall, I was impressed with my brows and the wonderful service that was provided. Jyoti is friendly, pleasant and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your brows. It was my first visit and I can't wait to come back!😊
