I had a laser session with Diana, who has taken over from Stephanie, and the experience was so amazing! Diana was caring, checking in with me constantly to know if I was feeling okay during the session. Whenever she started to sweep the laser over my skin, she told me to get ready, and after the first sweep, she paused to check if any discomfort, pain, or heat concerns arose. I was taken care of very well until the end of the session. The Laser Studio customer service has never disappointed me!

Stiphanie is very dedicated to keep my treatment on the right track; therefore, the hair growing cycle and coarseness is always under control and treated effectively. Whenever I have a laser session at the Laser Studio, I always feel so much welcomed and most comfortable. Stephanie consistenly follows up with my hair progress and results to make sure I am on the right track. The result is incredibily amazing because my hair is becoming way thinner. I hardly see them grow on my arms and my legs.

I love my hair cut and highlights!! Monica did a phenomenal job! I could not stop smiling after my haircut.This was my first time getting highlights or any hair colouring and I just wanted something that would brighten up the layers around my face. Monica understood exactly what I wanted and helped me get a natural sun-kissed look that matches the rest of my hair. She also cut lovely face framing layers and trimmed the rest of my hair so it will continue growing healthy. I highly recommend Sheer Eligance and will definitely come back next time I need my hair cut!
