This is the best hair removal session I have ever had. She always double checks in me to see if I am alright before moving to another laser spot. She also carefully explains to me and makes sure that I understand of how laser works on my body for hair removal. I highly recommend The Laser Studio.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and Danielle is truly exceptional. She’s incredibly kind and knowledgeable, always recommending the best treatments for my skin. Danielle takes such care and pride in her work, making her the best skin specialist in London, Ontario. Not only does she provide top-notch services, but she also sells the products you need to maintain your care at home. My favourite product so far is the Elta MD facial moisturizer with SPF. I highly recommend it! If you are looking to have any facial treatment done Danielle is your girl.

I had a laser session with Diana, who has taken over from Stephanie, and the experience was so amazing! Diana was caring, checking in with me constantly to know if I was feeling okay during the session. Whenever she started to sweep the laser over my skin, she told me to get ready, and after the first sweep, she paused to check if any discomfort, pain, or heat concerns arose. I was taken care of very well until the end of the session. The Laser Studio customer service has never disappointed me!

What a great experience! My first visit and my first ever laser hair removal. I have to say there was no pain and I was put at ease about some of the scarring under my arms from HS. Thank you it was a great first experience and I will definitely be back!

I go every 3 weeks and have for a long time now and I have a good experience very consistent and they are always willing to offer advice when I can’t choose my colour 😉 The owner is very friendly extremely knowledgeable about his products and they are always willing to help when I break a nail 🤦‍♀️ the staff are quiet but efficient I highly recommend them I have been to many places before my schedule changed to allow to make my appointments in advance and always ended up back here!! I will never leave again lol when you know you know! Thank you for always being my go to 💜
