I've had the same Justin Bieber haircut since high school. After about 11 years of not really caring about my hair, I decided to start trying since I got a nice job and am going to be 30 soon. I hate haircuts. I'm always disappointed by them and I always avoid them. After looking around Kingston I went with Jimmy; it was exactly what I needed. He used so much precision that I felt like his sculptural art project, and he spent so much time and attention to my needs that I felt like a real person at his salon, not just another number. As long as I'm in Kingston, I'm never going anywhere else.

Highly recommend getting your waxing done with Kacey! The experience was quick, comfortable, and noticeably less painful compared to my past waxes. Definitely one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had.

Absolutely LOVED my experience here! They are so knowledgeable about hair care and are very nice! I scheduled a wash and blowout and it was an amazing experience! My stylist took his time and was a joy to spend time with while being pampered! I will definitely be back next time I'm in Kingston!

This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first!! I got the lash lift and tint, and the eyebrow and lip wax services both visits. This is the first time anyone has been able to get my left eye lashes to actually lift!!! Very friendly professional service!!! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!!! She even gave me a head massage while waiting for my lashes to set!!! Top tier service and results!!!!

Yassmine is an incredible lash stylist! From the beginning she nailed the look I wanted and was able to always maintain quality results. I was always getting my eyebrows threaded and she suggested I let her do mine with waxing and and I was floored and so pleased with how they turned out. Highly recommend!

Sierra is a brow queen! Always leave feeling happy with her services ! The Refinery is a sanctuary in downtown Kingston.

I had the most amazing experience here and felt completely pampered from start to finish! I booked several services a facial, lash lift and tint, brow tint, manicure, and pedicure and I was honestly blown away by how great everything turned out. Every service was done with such care and attention to detail. The facial left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed and glowing, and the lash lift and tint made my lashes look amazing without needing mascara. My brows were shaped and tinted perfectly, and both my manicure and pedicure were flawless. Emily was so incredible, highly recommend

Jimmy's Hair Studio is the best in KINGSTON. I am so happy that I found him and he's the only one who will be cutting my family's hair from now on. He is an incredible hairstylist, amazing professional, and great human being. I enjoy every visit. Simply the best!

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

First time I’ve been to Emily for sugaring and she did a great job! Best hair removal service I’ve had in Kingston and she makes you feel very comfortable! She was also fast and really knowledgeable about the sugaring process. Would highly recommend!
