I can’t recommend enough. Chris is very knowledgable and friendly. He listened and understood exactly what my issue was. He explained everything he was doing and why. The treatment itself was great. I could feel my shoulder feeling looser and once we were done, I could stand up straight and felt much much better. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Chris and if you need to see a physio then I would recommend going to Chris. He knows his stuff and he really does help! I’ve had this for 8 years and haven’t felt the release I feel right now in so long and I’ve only had 1 session!

I’ve been suffering with back pain for a significant amount of time. Chris carried out an in depth assessment and for the first time in a long time I felt in alignment. I’ve just signed up for a full course. So hopefully teaching me how to work and carry myself properly. He certainly waved a magic wand!!!

Great as always. I can’t recommend Chris enough. Each time I can go longer between sessions, and Chris has really helped me be more comfortable in daily life. Without sounding dramatic, it has been life changing. I can do way more during the day, and lift things I would normally avoid. He knows exactly what he is doing, and I’m so glad I came across him. I only wish I went to him sooner because I had been dealing with it for years.

My issue has improved significantly over 3 session. I can’t quite believe how different my shoulder is and how less restrictive things have been for me since going to Chris. I find myself being more active and doing things with ease and these were things I would always tend to struggle with or I would be in a lot of pain hours later. I am out of the pain for most of the time and I’m doing a lot more now! Even if I feel something it’s so minor compared to what it was and in time this will improve further. I’m very grateful for Chris and I wouldn’t be able to have achieved this without him.

This was my first session and I was very nervous beforehand because of how much pain I was in, but I felt at ease immediately. Chris has a very calm, reassuring and professional manner. I really appreciate the way he explained everything in terms I could relate to and understand. I am amazed at how much progress was made in just one session.

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

Chris is an expert at his craft. He finally gave me the clarity I’ve been looking for for the past 8 years. (Something previous physios, chiropractors and osteopaths have not been able to do) Finally I know what’s going on and why my back pain has never gone away and why it’s been getting worse. After my initial appointment I came away full of confidence and in less pain. I will be recommending Chris to everybody.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Extremely knowledgeable and a master at his craft. Everything broken down and explained in simple terms as to why things are happening and corrective exercises explained and demonstrated.
