I was a little unsure what to expect, but Michele’s expertise put me entirely at ease. The PRP treatment itself was far more comfortable than I anticipated.Michele is simply outstanding trustworthy skin therapist. I will definitely be returning and recommending her to everyone I know!

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Great experience, I was long overdue a good massage and I finally got it today. Been there already few years ago and it was as good as I remembered. Clean, relaxing environment and expert therapist. Highly recommend.

I saw Dawn for Bowen therapy she was so friendly and immediately made me feel relaxed. She is an excellent therapist, I felt amazing at the end of the session and am looking forward to the next two appointments. Her therapy room is lovely.

A beautifully designed place that stands out from the rest in Westbourne. Khianna has been my therapist for the past five years. Khianna has a very calming presence. And is absolutely lovely and makes me feel at ease every time I have an appointment. I Highly recommend Freeda!

Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

I have been having massages with Dawn for a year now. The Bowen Therapy has been life changing for me and I go every week without fail. Dawn is welcoming and very professional. The Therapy room exceeds all expectations. From the moment you walk through the door you experience a calming relaxed ambiance. I recently tried another physio treatment clinic ( Physio Fitness @ Hurn) as I had heard positive things. I block booked some sessions, and after 3 months I was in as much pain as when I started! Not good! So, I looked elsewhere and booked in with Jason. After two sessions, I was pain-free! Totally and highly recommend Jason.

Carmen is a wonderful therapist who takes her time to really get to know all about me and what I seek to get from her treatment and then adjusts accordingly to make the treatment bespoke. I try to boom in a treatment at least every 6 weeks as it helps me massively to unwind and rebalance.

The therapist is very good and knowledgeable and has managed to give me quite a lot of relief. However. A 20 minute appointment beginning at 11.30 ended before 11.45. £45 is expensive for 12/13 minutes of treatment
