Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Montra Massage & Spa deserves a solid 5 stars! The atmosphere was serene, with calming decor and music. My massage was fantastic. My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

What a knowledgeable man. Came to Dr Sarit Sirinan for severe tendonitis. Already after one session my arm feels a lot better and I feel much more positive about recovery. Would absolutely recommend.

My first session with Teresa was very helpful. I was having some lower back pain that was keeping me awake at night. This session helped pinpoint the reason for the pain. She did some adjustments that helped immediately. I have a followup session planned.

Sarit is by far the best chiropractor I have ever seen and there's been many over the years. So knowledgeable and thorough and he even gave me some stretches and exercises to prevent re-injury. I have managed about 6 months since my last treatment which is amazing.

Excellent and kind therapist, no rushing

I recently tried another physio treatment clinic ( Physio Fitness @ Hurn) as I had heard positive things. I block booked some sessions, and after 3 months I was in as much pain as when I started! Not good! So, I looked elsewhere and booked in with Jason. After two sessions, I was pain-free! Totally and highly recommend Jason.

Claire is a very knowledgeable and experienced therapist. I previously received excellent massages from her, I am now having lymphatic treatments (in a hope to rebalance and reduce inflammation). I know I am in the best hands, and I look forward to receiving further treatments.

More than a magic touch! The treatment following major surgery was above every expectation and Claire knew exactly where I needed it most. One very talented therapist. Thank you Claire.

Possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. I’d booked a neck and back with Nikki, but she realised I needed more and as a courtesy used hot stones to help and did a full body treatment, which is what I really needed. She was brilliant at spotting the points where I needed more help and working on them. I was so impressed. Would highly recommend and will definitely start once a month.
