One of the best massages I have had, because it was an experience tailored to my needs. The consultation before the massage was relaxed and Rachel listened very well, making it feel like talking therapy as well as we discussed the best massage plan for me. The massage itself worked the body very well and I could gel the knots & tension release. Such a pleasant experience & worth it!

Garry has helped me over the last 4 months with a major change in my life circumstances. He was quick to respond to my original request; at the time, I was really struggling and being able to start the process almost immediately was a great help. I have found him to be insightful, calm, patient and easy to build trust with; he is also a great listener. He has challenged me at times with questions that I have found difficult to answer but these have really helped me to understand and manage the issues that I have faced. I feel now that I have a good set of tools to deal with future challenge.

Absolutely the best osteopath around! I went in suffering with back pain, and after just one session I could already feel a huge difference. Rachel is amazing, her knowledge is second to none, she has worked extremely hard with my MLD after a surgery and the improvement I had as a result was mind blowing. My husband also has regular back massage which he notices better movement from the next day. We have recommended Rachel to a few friends and will continue to recommend too. 😁

Thank you, Olga, for relieving my aching muscles! I approached Olage because I had pains all over my body and a blocked lower spine. After 1st visit, it got better, but after 2nd I almost stopped having the permanent back pain. Also, the flexibility of the lower back improved significantly. On top of it Olga did a visceral massage and gave nice nutritional advice. Am looking forward to visit again,
