Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

Absolutely love coming here. From nails to all the little beauty bits, everything is done with so much care and attention to detail. She’s friendly, professional and makes you feel completely at ease every time. The new clinic at Lumee Skin Clinic is gorgeous too – such a calm, welcoming space and you can tell how much thought has gone into it. Treatments always feel unhurried, and I’m consistently so happy with the results. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone you can genuinely trust who takes real pride in what they do 💖

I was very nervous going to a new salon after some bad experiences. After visiting Lauren, I am not. She is incredible. She went through everything with me from start to finish with amazing aftercare. I now go to her for all my treatments and I would never go anywhere else. As something as small as a brow wax she mapped my brows, showed me what they would look like and asked if there was anything I wanted differently before waxing. Perfect from start to finish. She is truly incredible and so talented at her job. 1000/10. Thank you Lauren!

I have been having beauty treatments for some time now with Natasha and am always pleased with the outcome. She is thoughtful, very professional and does the most wonderful massage as part of the treatment. I originally went to another salon and unfortunately they left my hair brassy and orange. I was so disappointed with the results. Thankfully, I found Glow Studio and booked in with Dani’. She completely corrected the mess from the other salon and brought my hair back to life — the color is now flawless and exactly what I wanted. Shakira finished everything off with a perfect toner, blow dry, and gorgeous curls that made my hair look even more amazing. The whole team was so professional and welcoming. I can’t recommend Glow Studio enough!

First time at glow studio and I was greeted by such lovely ladies. Daniella was so professional and had the patience of a saint because my hair is very long and very very thick. I had full head of highlights and toner. The result is fantastic I’m so happy with my new colour hair.
