Loved the experience. Katie is a great massage therapist (and human overall). Professional, the space is calm and the attention to detail is great. And she made the experiment truly blissful

My second visit to Balanced and Bliss did not disappoint. The moment you step in to the room the relaxation begins. Katy is welcoming and warm and the treatments are second to none. I would highly recommend a visit here although mine always go too quick. Thanks Katy I loved my 75 minutes of relaxation

I have been coming to.Katie now for 8 months. I always leave feeling refreshed and less stressed. Her personal touch and the way she tailors her treatments to your individual needs has helped me recover from my injuries. Couldn't live without her now, and I look forward to my next session.

Words cannot describe how amazing Katie is. To be able to book with her is a rare treat for me but totally worth it, I went for the Summer Pause treatment today. I always leave feeling so much more relaxed and at peace. Also the new extra 15mins rest after is perfect to get your thoughts together before hitting reality again.

A brilliant experience. Katie demonstrated her fantastic subject knowledge on muscle connections etc. I had some TLC on my legs and she worked really well on the muscles which needed work and helped loosen them up.
