After a road traffic accident I was experiencing pains in my lower back, upper back, shoulders and neck. I started coming to Nicky’s Therapy’s every 2 weeks to try and relieve the pain and be able to carry on everyday tasks. Four months on I’m feeling so much better and can now reduce to monthly appointments. Nicky has worked on all the major muscles that were causing me pain, and I can’t thank her enough for helping my recovery. Excellent knowledge and service, I thoroughly recommend Nicky’s Therapy’s.

Nicky is an such an experienced therapist and her knowledge of the body and how to help each individual with their aches and pains is superb. Really nice space, not too hard to find, nice and exclusive. I felt listened to, heard and supported

I had a really good deep tissue massage from Nicky today ! It was much needed and she found all the knotty muscles which had been causing problems! Nicky is extremely knowledgable and is one of the best massage therapists I’ve experienced!
