Jen is brilliant from a practitioner perspective and as human she’s jolly wonderful!! Had major surgery last year and following that I was introduced by the hospital to Reflexology which opened my eyes - to come back to Bristol and find Zen & Jen - has been like finding hidden treasure. She has been a wonderful addition on my healing journey following a transplant. I would recommend.

Very calm and peaceful place. Lovely and friendly stuff and amazing massage experience. Very professional massage, helped my body to relax and release the tension. I will definitely be back. Really fair price to the quality of the service comparing with other places in Bristol I have visited before. Thank you for the great experience 🙏🏻

Absolutely brilliant. First visit for a bad back, I felt very relaxed with Thorsten and the Bowen treatment. It was a very positive experience and my back felt a lot better after this visit. Thorsten explains the process very well and also how many visits he thinks will be necessary. Highly recommend Thorsten and Helpers Hands.

This was our second visit here and honestly, they are the BEST! 😍 We’ve tried other massage centres, but nothing compares to this place. My husband and I came in with so much tension in our back, neck and shoulders, and they truly worked their magic! 🙌 They understood exactly where we were stressed and focused on those areas so well. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The staff are so welcoming, polite and professional, and the room is always clean, neat and comfortable. We absolutely loved our couples massage today and will definitely be back! ❤️💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

I cannot recommend enough. I came in with lower back pain to which can only be explained as ‘my back gave way’, the pain was chronic and wouldn’t go away. After one treatment the pain had gone and I followed up with another appointment a few days later where I had a deep tissue massage and a check up on my lower back. I have more energy and feel better within myself but most of all, no pain. Forever grateful and would highly recommend.

I had a very helpful experience over 3 sessions. My helper was friendly and has definitely taken away the pain which I was feeling around my pelvic region and has taught me ways of taking care of my back. My wife being present was also very helpful.
