Jen is brilliant from a practitioner perspective and as human she’s jolly wonderful!! Had major surgery last year and following that I was introduced by the hospital to Reflexology which opened my eyes - to come back to Bristol and find Zen & Jen - has been like finding hidden treasure. She has been a wonderful addition on my healing journey following a transplant. I would recommend.

Very calm and peaceful place. Lovely and friendly stuff and amazing massage experience. Very professional massage, helped my body to relax and release the tension. I will definitely be back. I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. The massage was tailored perfectly to the areas that needed attention, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, professional and welcoming throughout. The pain and tightness I’d been dealing with has been significantly relieved, and I left feeling relaxed, lighter and able to move much more comfortably. Thank you Tikky!!

Such a lovely experience going to see Ellen for a massage yesterday! The place is so welcoming and calm, & Ellen made me feel really cared for and relaxed throughout. I tried the herbal compress heat therapy massage and it was amazing! A really good deep massage followed by the heat of the compress that was incredibly relaxing and really helped my muscles let go. Ellen makes the compress specially for your treatment, which feels really special & I felt thoroughly relaxed & nurtured by the whole experience. It was much needed and I'll definitely be back! Thank you Ellen :)

Trisha is a wonderful therapist. She made me feel comfortable, calm, and fully relaxed. She tailored the treatment to what I needed and the massage oils smelt divine. I appreciated her guidance also on needing to ground myself further. I look forward to going back. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing one-hour back and shoulder massage. She focused on my left shoulder, where I had a lot of tension, and I could really feel the difference by the end of the session. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and effective massage therapist. I'll definitely be booking again!

This was our second visit here and honestly, they are the BEST! 😍 We’ve tried other massage centres, but nothing compares to this place. My husband and I came in with so much tension in our back, neck and shoulders, and they truly worked their magic! 🙌 They understood exactly where we were stressed and focused on those areas so well. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The staff are so welcoming, polite and professional, and the room is always clean, neat and comfortable. We absolutely loved our couples massage today and will definitely be back! ❤️💆‍♀️💆‍♂️
