This really is Integrated Therapy at its finest! You don't need to be a millionaire living in Hollywood to access high quality effective treatments. Counselling for my PTSD, then cupping for my shoulder issues, followed by acupuncture for stress and anxiety relief. A full makeover within an hour. Who could ask for more 🙏

Sarah has been so understanding regarding my symptoms and supportive throughout my recovery. I instantly noticed more movement in my injury. I've now had two treatments, with a third already booked in. The exercises and treatment have helped so much.
