WOW! What a great experience. Being a newbie to this type of thing, I booked an hour to use both the sauna and the ice bath. firstly, the booking process was seemless and very easy to do. Upon arriving, Lou (owner) took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions on the best way to go about the process of temperature therapy. The facilities are spotlessly clean with a really chilled vibe and you are also able to adjust the temperature of both the sauna and the spa to make it easier for your first time! I walked out feeling amazing and will definitely be coming back soon.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Been looking for a good massage therapist for 2 years!!! Recovering from a double mastectomy and recon surgeries over a 2 year period. FINALLY I have found one. Physical, mental and spiritual healing took place. Seriously magical. Soooo excited I am going back in a week!!!

Such a relaxing place to take some time for yourself and recharge. The owner is so lovely and the space is super clean and private. We are currently travelling oz in a caravan, so whilst we were in Perth for a week I bought a 5 pack, which was such awesome value and I left feeling so good. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back next time we visit Perth.

Kristy is super attentive to the client’s needs and concerns. She takes the time to understand and make a careful approach to solving the issue. She’s done what no other Physio/masseuse has done for my lower back pain in one single 60 minute session. It’s safe to say I rebooked! Thank you Kristy!

Great little set up for what you need, sauna + cold therapy. 2 rounds of 20 min infrared sauna then 3 min ice bath. It did the trick. Looking forward to a good sleep tonight

My best friend & I had the most beautiful session @ Sweat & Chill on the weekend. The space is so beautiful matched with a wholesome & homely vibe & stunning hosts. Chelle is so passionate about contrast therapy & you can really feel that on arrival. Being outside under the sunshine with lush green grass really enhancing the whole experience. We will definitely been back & have gained so much inspiration for creating my own space like this some day. Thanks so much!

Love Kure Sauna & Ice Bath! It is incredibly well set up and spotless. Lou was fantastic—she even shared some helpful breathing techniques to use during the ice bath, which made the experience so much better. I highly recommend it and can definitely see myself becoming a regular!

Such a lovely, calming zone tucked away in suburbia. The sauna and bath comfortably sits two. Will definitely be back!

Good experience, loved the breakdown and guidance given by Chelle prior to going in it was very professional and helpful! Really welcoming host. The set up is very pretty and loved the sauna/ ice bath itself would probably just add a few adjustments like maybe putting a water jug / tap outside if you’re in need during the session and adding changing room space! And a bit of time between clients so you can get washed & dressed without worrying. But overall we enjoyed our experience :)

Amazing! Felt so relaxed after. Highly recommend!!

I did the shift experience and absolutely loved it. I loved the guided session using the headphones to tell me when to move in and out of the sauna and the ice bath as well as the guided breathing. Really felt my body relax throughout the session and will definitely be back again. Really friendly and helpful. Thanks again!
