Just great as always! I had a problem with my appointment timings and Nicola was patient and flexible rescheduling me without complaint and fitting me in probably at the expense of her own time. Catherine is inviting & welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable during the treatment, my skin was glowing after my facial and my massage was such good quality.
