Stephanie is so talented! My hair always looks great after a cut and color. Not only that she is so nice, the shop is clean and the other ladies working there are very nice also. I m so thankful for finding Stephanie and that she opened her shop close to home and I also got a friend in the mix. Go see her you wont be sorry.

My wash, blow dry and style were completed in such a pleasant, truly soothing (pampering) professional manner, of not for the Instructor observing, etc during each step & the fee it would've been a "Beauty Shop' instead of "Beauty School " Experience.. Got some good pointers also on how to take care of the "new gray".

Stephanie was AMAZING! The salon is so cozy and inviting. We are currently traveling the United States in our coach, and I have to rely on reviews to choose where to get my hair cut. I started using the AI tool on my browser to search out great places. I have only used it twice now, and it hasn't led me astray. Stephanie, thank so much for the great conversation and haircut! 2nd visit bc Stefani slayed the first time. I have referred 8-9 people to her this past week looking for referrals off the Next Door app. That’s how good this salon is. This time we went a little shorter in the back of my original hair cut which was a “long bob” & I love it. She told me I wasn’t going to go back and I am afraid she was right ONLY bc her confidence in doing my cut. Thank you again Stef. See you in 6-8 weeks. 😛

Mrs. Welsh is a great teacher and beautician. She know how to treat all types of hair with great care. You get in and out quickly as opposed to sitting around chit chatting. Mrs. Welsh is hands on with her students. This is a cosmetology school. However, Mrs. Welsh's presence makes you feel confident that your cut, color, style and hair care needs will be completed to your satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Radica.

Always a great experience at Ridica. Wonderful service and friendly stylists. I received a shampoo, conditioning and trim. I feel confident about continuing my natural hair journey with the advice and routine care provided by Mrs. Welsh and her awesome team!
