I had a Japanese Head Spa for the first time today and it was AMAZING from start to finish. It was my first time at Forstal Beauty and Megan was so welcoming and made me feel so at ease. Will definitely be treating myself to another one again.

Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

I had biab nail treatment with the lovely Belle and she was very attentive and pleasant to speak with, very friendly happy atmosphere. Beauty salon is very elegant and my experience was excellent. Thank you so much love my nails and I'm extremely happy with the service.

Lucy is incredibly professional and extremely precise. Amazed at how much care to attention Lucy gave during my experience. The cabin is a little haven of pure relaxation. Lucy made me feel relaxed and I felt that I was her top priority during my appointment. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout. Great before/ after care advice. Brilliant experience and I recommend Lemon Tree Beauty to all.

First time at glow studio and I was greeted by such lovely ladies. Daniella was so professional and had the patience of a saint because my hair is very long and very very thick. I had full head of highlights and toner. The result is fantastic I’m so happy with my new colour hair. Highly recommend this saloon, prices are so good and you’re made to feel like you’re part of the salons family. Thank you so much I will definitely be returning.

Nicola is always professional and kind, with loads of experience in the beauty industry, so I always have confidence in her work, whatever I’m having done. I was very nervous going to a new salon after some bad experiences. After visiting Lauren, I am not. She is incredible. She went through everything with me from start to finish with amazing aftercare. I now go to her for all my treatments and I would never go anywhere else. As something as small as a brow wax she mapped my brows, showed me what they would look like and asked if there was anything I wanted differently before waxing. Perfect from start to finish. She is truly incredible and so talented at her job. 1000/10. Thank you Lauren!

I have been visiting Megan at Forstal Beauty Cabin for the past year and a half, and I can confidently say she is a true skincare expert. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for what she does make every treatment exceptional. My skin has never felt better! When Megan introduced Japanese head spas, I knew I had to try one. I had experienced one elsewhere before, but Megan completely outdid everyone—what a wizard! From start to finish, the experience was pure relaxation and luxury. The head spa was stress-melting and left me feeling completely relaxed and zen as I never switch off!

Fabulous colour and blow dry by Irma. I have had so many compliments from people about my hair since visiting Irmas hair and beauty salon. She makes you feel so welcome when you visit. Highly recommended.

Dolly did my microdermabrasion, she was lovely, a great job! Salon can be quite noisy when busy especially Saturdays and other staff walked in and out of treatment room during my session, this could be unusual though? Hope so. Other than that I had a good experience.
