Charlotte is absolutely amazing! I go to her for my brazilian and armpit wax, and she always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. She’s super friendly, professional, and easy to chat (and laugh!) with, which makes the whole experience so much better. Her attention to detail is brilliant, and I always leave feeling fresh and confident. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Charlotte is the best at what she does, I was made to feel so at ease the whole appointment. I’ve had my brows done before elsewhere and wasn’t happy with the end result but Charlotte asked plenty of questions on how I would like them and achieved this perfectly.
