Olya is Absolutely fantastic always putting me at ease with each treatment the results are perfect she’s also amazing as I take my baby with me who she’s brilliant with and she always makes room for my pram so I can get in and out easily. It was my first visit and Halina was fantastic! She was so welcoming and fully talked me through the treatment and how it works. She was really patient and was happy and accomodating when I asked for some 'tweaking' on the shape of the brows, didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely be going back.

Olya is an absolutely wonderful person & a true professional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly manner. She explained everything clearly beforehand & after the treatment she provided aftercare so I knew exactly what to expect. Her attention to detail is exceptional, she genuinely strives for perfection in everything she does. What really stood out to me was how much she cares. She followed up, invited me back for additional sessions to make sure everything was how it should be, & never rushed the process. I’m so pleased with the whole experience.

Honestly, Harlena is so professional and such a powerhouse of knowledge. I just love how at ease I always feels during treatments. She talks you through everything so you feel really informed & is honest in her recommendations so that you really feel you understand & can make an informed decision. I'm usually a little anxious but I'm always so relaxed and almost fall asleep. From the warm welcome, friendly atmosphere & warming personality I wouldn't trust anyone else now. Olya is incredibly professional. The clinic is so clean and as for the treatment, Olya makes you feel safe as her experience is second to none. I’ve never had that pinky, orange tinge as time goes on with a lot of people’s eye brows I see. Mine fade over time still being a good colour. They last so long too - up to 2 years. Thank you! X
