Olya is Absolutely fantastic always putting me at ease with each treatment the results are perfect she’s also amazing as I take my baby with me who she’s brilliant with and she always makes room for my pram so I can get in and out easily. It was my first visit and Halina was fantastic! She was so welcoming and fully talked me through the treatment and how it works. She was really patient and was happy and accomodating when I asked for some 'tweaking' on the shape of the brows, didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely be going back.

Gabriella is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. My skin feels deeply cleanser and refreshed ~ the products and tools used were gentle and revitalising. I’m already excited for my next one!

Olya is an absolutely wonderful person & a true professional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly manner. She explained everything clearly beforehand & after the treatment she provided aftercare so I knew exactly what to expect. Her attention to detail is exceptional, she genuinely strives for perfection in everything she does. What really stood out to me was how much she cares. Honestly, Harlena is so professional and such a powerhouse of knowledge. I just love how at ease I always feels during treatments. She talks you through everything so you feel really informed & is honest in her recommendations so that you really feel you understand & can make an informed decision. I'm usually a little anxious but I'm always so relaxed and almost fall asleep. From the warm welcome, friendly atmosphere & warming personality I wouldn't trust anyone else now. I’ve been having treatments for over 30 years and I can honestly say that Gabriella is the very best I’ve ever been too…. After my first Hydro treatment my skin was transformed, so much so my flatmate booked herself in straight away… There’s no pressure to buy products or book further treatments, she doesn’t need to as her facials are so brilliant you’ll be desperate to get booked in for another treatment….
