Another fantastic experience at Aesthetics Medical Trowbridge. Becky is just brilliant and so lovely. She really makes you feel at ease and always does a fantastic job. She’s very experienced at what she does so you are in safe hands. I can’t recommend Becky enough. I’ve been a few times for Endolift treatments and I’m so pleased with the results. Worth every penny. It was my first visit and Halina was fantastic! She was so welcoming and fully talked me through the treatment and how it works. She was really patient and was happy and accomodating when I asked for some 'tweaking' on the shape of the brows, didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely be going back.

Olya is an absolutely wonderful person & a true professional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly manner. She explained everything clearly beforehand & after the treatment she provided aftercare so I knew exactly what to expect. Honestly, Harlena is so professional and such a powerhouse of knowledge. I just love how at ease I always feels during treatments. She talks you through everything so you feel really informed & is honest in her recommendations so that you really feel you understand & can make an informed decision. I'm usually a little anxious but I'm always so relaxed and almost fall asleep. From the warm welcome, friendly atmosphere & warming personality I wouldn't trust anyone else now. I was so anxious as this was my first ever treatment so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Katy made me feel at ease. She is very thorough and explains everything in detail. She kept checking on me during the procedure and took her time. If I could rate it higher I definitely would and I will be definitely seeing Katy in the future!
