Heidi is not only friendly and welcoming but extremely good at what she does, I’m in the middle of moving house and planning a huge celebration and running on very little sleep atm. My skin is glowing and I enjoyed a lovely chat and also peace and relaxation as Heidi worked her magic. I have already booked my next two treatments with Heidi I was that impressed 10/10 👍

Fantastic. Very relaxed. Mia felt the treatment I had booked was not right for me so went through options and showed pictures of results - which is what I wanted so had a different treatment and I’m really pleased with the effect and will now have a course of much less invasive treatment. What a find! I can honestly say I have been to most beauty salons now,(little bit fussy!) Booking is easy via Fresha. No matter how quick your treatment is here you will get the best attention to detail- none of that rushed feeling you experience elsewhere. None of the couldn’t care less attitude which some places offer when you only visit for a quick treatment. Really good value & customer service here. Thanks for the free chocolate too! 🍫😋👁️💅🏽💆‍♀️⭐️

I was a little nervous when going for my treatment but Jess instantly calmed me and talked me through what was going to happen. I had micro needling with a serum booster after and she talked me through the whole thing and made the appointment a really relaxing and enjoyable one ☺️

Just had the most amazing experience at House of Heaven. The head spa/massage was so good!!! Very warm, relaxing atmosphere. My hair feels so soft after the treatment. I will definitely be returning for a facial soon and highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Poppy highly enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything, putting you at ease with any treatment. You feel confident and reassured from start to finish. She will guide you honestly on what will give you the best outcome, offering advice that’s tailored to you and what you want to achieve. She’s also unbelievably gentle — I’ve nicknamed her “Feather Fingers” because her touch is so light and careful, yet always precise and professional. Poppy makes the whole experience comfortable, calm, and completely stress-free. Thank you Poppy!

Great experience with Jess for my first time encounter for anti-wrinkle treatment and couldn’t fault a single thing. Her space was beautiful and very clean. She was welcoming, very polite and professional but also is a natural at providing any information needed and explaining the aftercare etc. With previous experience with the same beauty treatment, I found Jess also was very careful took her time but you could tell you was in great care and she was gentle etc.
