Steven is the best Sports Therapist I’ve ever been to. His knowledge is second to none and his approach was completely tailored from the word go. Really impressed - I felt a huge improvement after the sports massage and now have no pain in my lower back which is great. Can’t recommend enough!

I highly recommend Steve at SPC Sports Therapy. Towards the end of my cricket season, I was really struggling with stiffness in my back and legs, especially after a tough mid-season period. In just one session, Steve worked his magic with a deep tissue massage that made a huge difference. I felt a noticeable improvement in mobility and recovery almost immediately. Leanne and Abi did hair and make up for myself, my mum and my bridesmaids for my wedding and I cant thank them enough! I had the most wonderful experience. The salon itself is such a calm and relaxing space, exactly what you need on the morning of your wedding! Leanne and Abi put me at ease right from the start and were so lovely, calm and friendly. They both did a fantastic job, really took the time to understand what I wanted and I loved both my hair and make up, more than I even imagined I would. Would highly recommend!

Deep Tissue sports massage on tight legs, my massage was thorough and informative with stretches given at the end of the session not pushed to book another appointment and he said he would check in with me in a few days, easy and very nice as this was my first time I have used SPC Sports and Stephen - I will go back and recommend

Highly recommend, I picked up an injury from running and wasn’t sure what the issue was. I had the initial consultation with Steve and he worked out what the injury was straight away, he also did a sports massage to ease any pain and gave me some stretches to help with the injury. I will definitely be going back
