My waxing journey literally began with Gemma because of the nerve damage I sustained during my c section. Couldn’t bare the feeling of shaving down there and after getting waxed with Gemma a year and a half ago, I’ve never looked back since and I have got her undeniable skill to thank! Right from the first appointment she made me feel so at ease. I hated the way my body felt after having my baby and she’s changed my life as cheesy as it sounds, I’m so grateful!

My treatments with Ula are always superb, she goes above and beyond to ensure I’m comfortable, and always makes me feel at ease with five star service! No matter what I have done (including waxing!) I come out feeling feeling revitalised and refreshed!

Good service. Would be better if the bed is turn the other way - opposite of the door (in case it opens) so dignity is maintained. Very humid as no ventilation inside and no airflow - struggle during the hot weather.

I’ve just had the best Hollywood and underarm wax ever with Nicole. She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived, explaining everything and keeping me relaxed throughout. Her technique is quick, thorough, and surprisingly gentle, making it the least painful wax I’ve had. The results were flawless and super smooth. Professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled — I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend Nicole for the best waxing experience!

This was my first time visiting Nirvana, and what a hidden little gem this place is! I had some reflexology and it was amazing; I needed it for restless feet from being on my feet all day at work and it’s made them so much better! Will definitely be going back ❤️
