Jenni's place is absolutely lovely – warm, cosy, and so relaxing. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. She carefully recommended the right products for my skin and explained each step of the treatment, which really put me at ease. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and such a wonderful experience. I left feeling refreshed, pampered and fully relaxed. I will definitely go to Jenni again for my next facial. I would highly recommend.

I was soo scared of having them done first time but Dr hind was amazing she numb my lips and reassured me throughout the session. She is amazing my lips looks fab just what i wanted natural. Shes the best salon in Sheffield.

I had a truly excellent experience with Hana and couldn’t be happier with the results. Hana was very attentive, professional, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Visited the lovely Rebecca for a Carboxin oxygen facial, it left my skin glowing and smooth. I like to mix up different treatments every month so this was the first time I have had this treatment, I highly recommended it.

Naren is actually the best skin doctor I have had in the UK. He will make you feel welcome, explain everything down to a t, extraordinary after care and follow up and impecable bed side manner. Also will tailor solutions for your case and the quotes will be honest. We are very lucky to have this clinic in Sheffield.

Wow wow wow. I had an absolutely amazing experience having a facial and lymphatic drainage massage. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing from start to finish.. I actually fell asleep, which never normally happens for me because I struggle to fully switch off. My brain thought of nothing. I feel leaner and less inflamed. I left feeling deeply relaxed and looked after. I would highly recommend.. Rebecca was my first ever lymph masseuse and safe to say it will now be a part of my health monthly maintenance. If you’re ever wondering if it’s worth it like I was…it is.

Very good experience. The Skin Firm is a very professional establishment. The staff are informative about the treatment, answering any questions with expertise. Treatments are conducted in a very hygienic manner, with nothing left to chance. Clear instructions are given regarding preparation by the client before treatment and verbal and written instructions are provided regarding aftercare. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hind Saleh at Hayatt Cosmetic & Skin Clinic today . She did my lip filler and Botox in three areas, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve now had Botox with Dr Naren three times and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s incredibly professional but also so friendly and easy to chat to. He takes a genuine interest in you and your family, which makes every appointment feel really relaxed and personal. He always makes the whole process feel easy and comfortable, and the treatment itself is practically pain-free. I’m really happy with the results every time and would highly recommend him to anyone considering Botox. Fantastic doctor and a lovely person!

What amazing treatment. I have never had micro-needing before Rebecca full explained what the treatment entailed before starting. I was made to feel super comfortable wrapped in a blanket with a heated blanket underneath me it was total bliss. Rebecca talked me through the treatment ensuring I was ok with the needle work. It wasn’t uncomfortable I actually enjoyed it. Afterwards I had a cooling mask applied with a gorgeous massage using pressure points. After I looked rejuvenated and glowing. My skin felt super smooth and soft. I would highly recommend Rebecca & her wonderful clinic.

A warm welcome into a place of relaxation and peace whilst enjoying a really good facial and head massage. Products are lovely and the whole experience of holistic care was perfect. Camomile tea to complete the treatment a lovely bonus.
