Knowing that Emma is a fully qualified nurse instantly put my mind at ease and gave me complete confidence in her care. ​She takes the time to thoroughly go through everything with you, working collaboratively to determine exactly what will best suit your unique facial features. Amazing place. Dr Naren is an honest specialist with a good aesthetic eye, impecable bedside manner and a wonderful sense of humour. Great treatments with skill and caring follow up. Definitely the best place for beauty in Sheffield. Incredible installations and very courteous customer care.

Dr Saleh, is extremely knowledgable and friendly. She made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. Explaining each step as well as further procedures that would help me acheive the results Im after, without trying to upsell irrelevant treatments. I have booked in for further treatments and will continue to use Dr Saleh and Hyatt in the future.

Absolutely fantastic, Ellie is such a beautiful young woman who really knows all skincare issues. It was such a pleasure having my facial with her and I would definitely recommend her professional and wisdom in the skincare industry. Very relaxing and soothing and Ellie tells you what treatment she is doing and goes in depth into what it will do to your skin.

I had such a lovely experience having my polynucleotide treatment here. From the moment I arrived, I felt really comfortable and at ease. She was so down to earth, friendly and approachable, but also very knowledgeable and informative. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything properly without any pressure or hard sell , it felt very genuine and reassuring. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, and I felt like I was in really good hands throughout. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering treatments. recently had Profhilo treatment with Dr Naren and had a great experience. He was very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Great customer service. Dr Naren is excellent. He spends plenty of time discussing the client's hopes and expectations and executes his work in an efficient and professional manner.
