Jenni's place is absolutely lovely – warm, cosy, and so relaxing. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. She carefully recommended the right products for my skin and explained each step of the treatment, which really put me at ease. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and such a wonderful experience. I left feeling refreshed, pampered and fully relaxed. I will definitely go to Jenni again for my next facial. I would highly recommend.

Naren is actually the best skin doctor I have had in the UK. He will make you feel welcome, explain everything down to a t, extraordinary after care and follow up and impecable bed side manner. Also will tailor solutions for your case and the quotes will be honest. We are very lucky to have this clinic in Sheffield.

recently had Profhilo treatment with Dr Naren and had a great experience. He was very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. His injection technique was excellent, with minimal pain, which made the whole process much more comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering treatment.

Rebecca is absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ve been having lymphatic drainage treatments with her for a while now and always walk out feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely renewed. Visited the lovely Rebecca for a Carboxin oxygen facial, it left my skin glowing and smooth. I like to mix up different treatments every month so this was the first time I have had this treatment, I highly recommended it.

Wow wow wow. I had an absolutely amazing experience having a facial and lymphatic drainage massage. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing from start to finish.. I actually fell asleep, which never normally happens for me because I struggle to fully switch off. My brain thought of nothing. I feel leaner and less inflamed. I left feeling deeply relaxed and looked after. I would highly recommend.. Rebecca was my first ever lymph masseuse and safe to say it will now be a part of my health monthly maintenance. If you’re ever wondering if it’s worth it like I was…it is.

Love my eyelashes, Cathy is always so kind and accommodating, 38 weeks pregnant and she made sure I got to get my lashes done before baby came and allowed me to be able to pamper myself and made sure I was comfortable throughout! Amazing service as always !! Definitely recommend

Very good experience. The Skin Firm is a very professional establishment. The staff are informative about the treatment, answering any questions with expertise. Treatments are conducted in a very hygienic manner, with nothing left to chance.
