Such a relaxing experience in a lovely cosy environment. Lynn is so nice and welcoming, and gives a brilliant top to toe massage. Facial was great too and my skin feels very cleansed and soft now. Will definitely return to try some of her other treatments.

Wonderful service … had a lip blush done and on both visits treatment was explained in detail , planned and wasn’t rushed … colour was mixed to suit my skin tone to achieve a natural colour that I was aiming for ., with the result - lips are perfect!! Would highly recommend ⭐️💝

This was my first experience and it didn’t disappoint . I was welcomed and felt at ease . I had a Derma-plane facial and It was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing ! I was impressed by the attention to detail from the service , presentation and the extra touches. . I received a refreshing smoothie when I left . I can honestly say this is one of the best places I have visited . Thank you and I look forward to my next visit .

Kelly is amazing so friendly and always has a wee chat to find out if you have any aches or pains she can work on, fantastic experience I go every 4 weeks, would highly recommend cloud nine the best in paisley .

Another fantastic microneedling and dermaplaning facial. This is my 3rd course of microneedling and I feel my skin is glowing, feels very refreshing and losds of people are noticing how glowing my face is 😁 I was really bad for breakouts around the mouth but since staring my dermoplaming treatments with Lynn I don't get anymore breakouts 😁 I would 100% recommend Lynn and look forward to next month's treatments.

Francesca put together a 6 month plan for a skincare routine for my wedding day. This was a fantastic plan that suited my skin type and it was highly adaptable eg when I had stress break outs. I recently had a facial treatment that was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the Kelly was incredibly friendly and professional. Absolutely love coming to Fresh Face by Francesca. Hands down the best facials I’ve ever had, so relaxing and very reasonably priced. My skin is glowing for days after each facial. Second treatment here. The facial I got felt great, really thorough! The whole experience is just perfect, so relaxing for the whole hour. I love the extra special touches when getting a facial here, I haven’t had that anywhere else - the head, face, neck massage etc. Will definitely be back soon.
