I took filler dissolving & Russian Lip filler from Sara, and she knows what she does for sure!! I'm so satisfied with the result of those treatments, and I will definitely come back to her for my Russian Lip maintenance;) Her treatment throughout was great, and she also gave me little presents of aftercare kits for my eyes and lips at the end of the session 😭 I successfully managed to minimize the downtime by following her instructions, which nobody had told me before even though I've visited multiple aesthetic clinics in Manchester.

I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. She tailored the treatment throughout to suit my skin needs and recommended products to use afterwards. If you’re looking for a facial in Manchester, Grace is your go-to!! I'm so happy to have found such a convenient new doctor-led aesthetics clinic in Manchester city centre. Excellent communication & appointment coordination from Hind, she answered all my questions very promptly and thoroughly. Hind and Dr Ali were both so friendly and welcoming, and accommodating of my requests. I felt in brilliant, skilled hands with Dr Ali. His expert advice and recommendations really reassured me. It can be nerve racking going somewhere new, especially for invasive procedures, but I felt comfortable and was very happy with my treatment.

I’ve been going to Abbey for a few years now, and she is always so welcoming and lovely. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and has truly helped transform my skin. I’ve had microneedling, various peels, and facials with her, and I’ve enjoyed every treatment. Been going to Angela since earlier this year after trying a couple of places to get my eyebrows waxed. Angela has always done mine perfect, plus tried a few treatments such as Lash lift, Skin Boosters, Facial and the Sauna and they have always been amazing and like a nice little treat. Doesn't feel like a chore now to do a basic thing like getting my eyebrows waxed. Angela is extremely informative about every treatment and honest if you need it or not. Also, she is really friendly, so you get a good conversation each time!

Firstly, I am a very picky person - particularly when it comes to my face, whether that be facials, makeup, etc.. I did loads of research beforehand and felt the most connected to Christina, and her medical background. I’ve never had Botox before and opted for three spots. Christina is knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. I am in awe of how responsive she is to messages despite being very busy; she really cares about her patients. I am so happy with my results. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I am (unfortunately for my bank account..) hooked. I won’t go anywhere else in Manchester.

I had such a lovely experience at this clinic and would highly recommend it. The staff were so welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a facial treatment and my skin felt so fresh, clean, and glowing afterwards. They explained everything clearly and made sure the treatment suited my skin. The clinic itself is clean, relaxing, and has a really nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments like hydrofacials and chemical peels. Amazing service and great results!

First time visiting for a LVL and brow tint. Really hard to find a decent lash lift in Manchester! Definitely my favourite lash lift I’ve ever had and my brows are well shaped and defined ! I’m so glad I found this clinic in Manchester. The service was excellent from the very beginning. Rocio is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely loved my Signature Hydrafacial, my skin still looks radiant and glowing even days later. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely experience from start to finish. The initial skin consultation was useful to understand what type of treatment works best for me, and to plan ahead. On the day of the appointment, I was explained each product used and what to expect, and spent a very relaxing hour of facial treatments. I will definitely be back!

Every appointment with Grace is a treat (this was my third facial), and her beautiful dedicated skincare studio has elevated things to a new level. I had the Level 2 facial on this occasion and it was such a relaxing, indulgent experience. I always take before & after photos which speak for themselves but I also left feeling amazing! What sets Hands apart is the technical, expert nature of Grace’s treatments. As well as feeling pampered, the treatments and products used are really tailored for your skin type and improving your skin concerns. I couldn’t recommend Grace enough!

I arrived late to see sadz as I’m not use to the Manchester, but she was extremely accommodating and was still able to see for my booking. She was ultra professional and kind and reassuring. I’ve only been able to give her 5 because this is the maximum score whereas she really deserves 100 out of 10.
