I absolutely Mai and her approach to teaching. She has been supporting me through my pregnancy with online 1-1's helping me with varying pregnancy ailments but also helping to prepare me post-partum too! Highly recommend Mai whether you need rehab or not

Challenging session. After warming up with my mobility exercises I went through a floor exercise routine many different exercises learned. I will practice these as struggled initially. I must be patient and strive for quality correct movement as it can be easy to try and cheat. I am waking my body up more to help with core strength mobility and endurance. Physio is understanding and patient appreciated as I learn new movements. Thanks onwards upwards

After a week off I returned to my mobility balance Coordination exercises. I need to improve flexibility and endurance. I did exercise at home once and now need to continue supplementing my session to keep improving. Once a week not enough if I want to reach my goals. Patient staff who understand the challenges. Great session. Range of floor exercises challenging but better second time. Physio instructs on better movement..I feel I am improving slowly steadily. Some of my numbness is going away. Balance is better really helping outside in life. Onwards upwards thanks

Another super online Pilates session with Mai! Mai is supporting me now postpartum to help me recover and build myself back up after c-section delivery. She has tailored the plan, drawing on her own experience, her superb knowledge of the body and combination of multi-disciplinary movement principles. I truly trust Mai and have seen the results through different stages of my life over last 6yrs.

Good session after a short break. I am noticing my improvement in movement, flexibility and confidence. I know my balance needs improvement.i used additional coordination exercise an extra challenge while balancing. I had some manual therapy to help stretch very stiff muscles and improve hip mobility. I need to work outside physio to complement the treatment. Onwards upwards thanks

I have been treated my Suz for many years now and now I am heavily pregnant booking in with her regularly is a must for coping with the needs of my ever changing body. Suz is a wonderful therapist who looks holistically at the whole body, not only does she make you feel so comfortable but gives you exercises or breathing techniques to take away to help ease discomfort and keep you injury free. I wouldn't personally go to any other sports therapist now I go to Suz as she is just everything you'd want and need!

After mobility exercises I tried new exercises to help with coordination and strength. I still experience neuropathy numbness and muscle tightness stiffness but I am working through it. I struggled today. But am determined to improve and gain confidence. Challenging session. I continue to work on balance which is improving much from earlier times. Thanks onwards upwards

Sue made me feel very comfortable in my first appointment and spent time listening to me to understand my areas of concern or pain. A great service all round. I feel my pain is already reduced after one appointment and I have exercises to try to help to improve things overall. Thank you.

Sue is amazing and I have left today feeling much better than I did arriving. She is very knowledgeable of the muscles and the causes of imbalances and pains. Her video rehab movements are very useful and explained so they are easy and simple to follow.

Excellent session. After my routine mobility and balance exercises which I am improving steadily with I have moved on to some simple strength work using machine and pulleys. Challenging but rewarding exercises which I need to be patient with progress slowly. Finished off with balance master and cycling help my endurance. I attend once weekly and am progressing steadily surely my overall confidence is returning.Psychologically feel better, must practice at home too. Patient kind staff thanks.

Superb session as always with Mai. She tailors exercises so well according to my needs and any issues on the day. I've been coming back every week for six years now and it has made a huge difference to my sport, recovery from serious injuries and general well being. Highly recommended!

Excellent session. I struggled with new floor exercises but with perseverance encouragement from Ben I am progressing improving slowly but surely. Exercising patiently intelligently important. Balance, mobility, strength, coordination improving. Onwards upwards !thanks
