Kayleigh is always so welcoming and a delight! Her hot stone massage is incredible, I’ve been to 5 star hotel and spas, no massages have ever been as good as Kayleigh’s as she doesn’t follow a set routine, she focuses on areas of your body that need more tlc! Always recommend! Xxx

This was my first time having a lymphatic massage but it won't be my last. I felt really light and refreshed after my treatment and can still feel the benefits the following day. Layla is very professional and put me right at ease.

PERFECT full body massage!, Amy knew exactly which areas needed firmer pressure and combined this with some more relaxing techniques which is honestly EXACTLY what I was after, having had lots of massages over the years this a rare skill to have! Amy isn’t just a fantastic beauty therapist, she’s also very friendly and polite and made me feel welcome from the get go, her professionalism shone before during and after my massage, I honestly can’t wait to go back! If there was the option of more than 5 stars then Amy would certainly get that, I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have regular sports massages with Flo to help stay injury free for running. I always feel great after a massage and since working with Flo I've definitely seen a reduction in injuries and niggles, and when they do occur she knows exactly how to target them to help nip them in the bud (looking at you IT Band). She's also super friendly and will make you feel really relaxed and comfortable in the session. All in all a great service and very good value!

I had my first sports massage with Sue. She focused on the tension in my neck and shoulders and I left the session feeling relaxed and with greater understanding of my body. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my feedback and provided me with lots of advice during the session on improving my posture, breathing and how to execute exercises properly. I would highly recommend Sue and will definitely be returning in the future.

30 min massage with Maiwenn was the best massage I've had in years. It was so personalised and felt like someone who really knew their stuff was taking care of my body. Wonderfully relaxing. Thank you 🙏🏽

Excellent massage,so much better than massages I've had at twice the price before,highly recommend Maxine very friendly and explained what to do with some of my niggling muscle issues in my calf,will be booking up again soon for another.

I've used a fair few sports massage therapists over the last 20 years and Sue is by far the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable - always helps to ease the various aches and pains with her excellent massages. She recommends specific exercise for strengthening to help prevent reoccurrence. I can't recommend her highly enough!
