Review for the Nail Salon I had a group appointment with my friend for a manicure and pedicure, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the start. They worked with great attention to detail and took their time to ensure everything was done flawlessly. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience was amazing. I can highly recommend this place without hesitation!

I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s still my absolute favourite form of self-care. The staff are always so welcoming and genuinely kind, and the service is consistently outstanding. It’s rare to find a salon where every visit feels just as good (if not better) than the last. I especially love how my nail tech always just knows what artwork will look good on my nails — it makes every set feel unique and amazing. From start to finish, the experience is relaxing, professional, and something I always look forward to. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Enara you are a true artist! She worked with an efficiency and confidence that make me feel at ease right from the start. She blew me an away with her skills from the meticulous shaping to the beautiful recreation of my inspo pics. Also a big thank you to all the ladies in the salon for being so friendly and helpful. Love that I’ve found a place I can trust to do my nails to such standards.

10 out of 10, I highly recommend Mary! I’ve been going to her for 8 years, and she has consistently exceeded my expectations every single time. From the moment I step into her salon, I know I’m in the best hands. Her attention to detail is second to none, and the quality of her work is always flawless – whether it’s a classic manicure, intricate nail art, or a simple colour, it’s always perfect. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making every visit a relaxing experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. Simply the best!

Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). Receptionists are always very welcoming and friendly. Kind regards Thank you

I cannot recommend my nail tech at Shenanigans Beauty Salon enough! Every appointment is a full-on experience of care, creativity, and pure magic. Exceptional!!! Tina was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable from the minute I sat down. She helped me with my choices (I’m very indecisive), we were so friendly and we really got along great! My nails look amazing, it hasn’t looked this great in the longest time! I’m truly so impressed, there is not 1 imperfection, she is a nail guru for sure. My daughter and I both had nail treatments respectively with two very good technicians. Products are excellent and salon is most comfortable and clean. A lovely experience.

My 1st visit to A Boa Beauty Bar, the space is beautiful and the ladies are so welcoming. My nails were done to perfection. The only disappointment was that they were out of white Gel such a popular colour a salon should always have more then 1 bottle of this colour or ensure that stock is always updated!

Urban Crush is a lovely salon. The staff are professional. I had a mini and pedi, my nails look great. Thank you.

Good, the salon equipment and nail polish just needs a good clean. Hygiene seems be “surface” only and nail polish bottles are dirty, as well as the Nail Lights. Nail files don’t get hygienically cleaned. Am a little concerned that cleanliness isn’t top of mind
