Yesterday I had my first appointment with Valerie and definitely not the last one ! I had such a wonderful experience at Solais! Zhenya did my nails and she is absolutely amazing at what she does — so talented, precise, and genuinely lovely to chat with. And Natalia is such a cheerful, warm presence; she instantly makes you feel welcome and cared for the moment you walk in. The whole atmosphere is relaxing, friendly, and professional. Going through cancer treatment at the moment and I was gifted this as a little pick me up, Julie was so understanding that I was triggered having to fill out forms about my cancer so kept it at a minimum for questions I feel like a new person you made me feel so comfortable and relaxed thank you!
