As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. Whether it’s a relaxing massage or a sports massage, I always leave feeling better and looking forward to the next one. She has great knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Parking outfront, lovely room set up, very relaxing with big soft blankets. Sarah was kind and attentive, massage was utterly devine. Great energy and seem to really understand what my body needed. Facial was so calming and my skin looks amazing today. Book her now!

Aimee put me at ease and explained what she could do before she started. During the massage I felt very comfortable as Aimee told me what was happening with my muscles and why I was in pain. After my first visit I have already felt some relief from my pains and know that things will improve more after future visits. Thank you Aimee x

A sports massage is not for the faint hearted but they make you feel so good afterwards. I can tell the difference in my training by having them. I 💯 recommend Essential Remedial Massage. Give one a try you will feel the benefits if you do fitness or strength training.
