Melanie is amazing at what she does. I’ve used various massage therapists over the years and she is way out in front. She has the experience to figure out where exactly your problems are, and then the skill to apply the right techniques in the right spots. That can be uncomfortable at times, even painful, but it’s the good kind of pain that is clearly getting at the roots off long-term issues and working the knots out of the system. The results feel great and for me have delivered improvements in posture and general, day-to-day comfort. I can’t recommend her enough!

My first massage with Sonia today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Before the treatment she took the time to ask about my health, allergies and concerns etc , which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. I appreciated the most was that she didn’t chat throughout the massage. She communicated when necessary, checking that I was comfortable, but otherwise allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. For me, that’s a huge plus and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely Lymphatic massage by Mittal today, it was very relaxing and I would definitely go back for more as it’s very important to take care the Lymphatic system in our body to achieve a heathy body. I had the Glass Skin Facial and Lash Lift with Kawtar yesterday and absolutely loved the experience! She is so kind, calm, and professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She gave me great skincare advice, helped me find the free parking, and even treated me to a relaxing head massage. My skin is glowing and my lashes look amazing. The Thai yoga massage was an incredible experience! It’s unlike any traditional massage — a perfect blend of stretching, movement, and deep pressure that left my body feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapist guided my body through flowing stretches while working on tension points, and I could feel my flexibility improving instantly. Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. It truly was a holistic experience. I usually find it hard to fully relax, but the cosy environment, soothing music, grounding scents, and Emily’s healing hands made it possible. My skin is still glowing hours later, and it’s so reassuring to know that only the best products were used. The highlights for me were the facial cupping, the gua sha, and the neck & shoulder massage (areas often overlooked in facials but so important!). Thank you, Emily, for such a wonderful treatment. My skin and I absolutely loved it!

Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. A beautiful, healing treatment which I loved. I will definitely be back to Sacred Lotus!

I booked at the Queen’s Park room, and the space was beautiful—so clean, tranquil, and serene. Melissa was very gentle but effective with her massage. Her touch was healing. I loved her use of warm cloths and colder equipment. I did the full face massage including buccal fat and gua sha and I found it amazing. My face felt very relaxed after and it looked lifted and glowing. Melissa gave me advice on what to do in between sessions to keep it up and which products to use. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Amazing experience - the clinic is lovely, very bright and clean. I’ve had buccal massage and gua sha/cupping with Melissa now and both were so relaxing and I felt a huge tension release after my treatments, even slept better that night! As an extra she also gave me some skincare recommendations for my hormonal acne and within a few weeks I see a huge difference. Highly recommend!

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with the therapist Enrida Kelly today, and I had a really positive experience. She was professional, kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. She also went out of her way to help me with my plasters, even though it wasn’t part of her job, which I really appreciated. It showed how caring and thoughtful she is. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend her.

An absolute luxury from start to finish. My Glass Skin Facial with Kaouthar was incredible. I arrived feeling anxious, but she instantly made me feel so comfortable, like I was with a close friend. The calming ambience was so relaxing I actually fell asleep! She truly has magic hands. My skin is glowing, and I’ve already had so many compliments. The beautiful children’s play area with a professional carer is such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to come back!

Another exceptional massage with Roop very attentive and friendly and professional.
