I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had a facial treatment at Beauty Terapie Studio Line Service with therapist Cristina, and the experience was excellent. As a man, I was looking for a professional treatment that would deeply clean and refresh my skin, and Cristina exceeded my expectations. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole session relaxing and comfortable. My skin felt cleaner, smoother, and healthier immediately after the treatment. Got my lips done by this lovely lady with my mum earlier and we both love the results and are unbelievably happy, on top of that the lady was so friendly and welcoming talked us through everything and was just a honestly just a lovely person to chat to we ended up talking for ages about life ect by the time we had our lips done we was fully relaxed and ready , was giving little cute aftercare bags , would 100% recommend and will definitely go back ❤️
