Paula was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand where I was holding tension. The space was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made it easy to fully unwind. Amazing experience - had the hot stone and head spa duo. Jo was lovely! So calm and professional, my first time having a head spa so didn’t know what to expect, will absolutely be returning. An amazing sports massage and would highly recommend! Paula was professional, friendly, and really took the time to focus on the areas causing tension and discomfort. I left feeling so much more relaxed, with less tightness and improved movement straight away. Such a positive experience and I’ll definitely be booking again!

I was badly in need for a Pressotherapy treatment from Mia having not been able to attend her clinic for many weeks. It was the perfect treatment for me and my tired and aching body. I felt so much better afterwards, more relaxed, and slept well and my energy was up. Mia is such a great practitioner. Calming, knowledgeable and caring.
