I had lymphatic drainage massage with Mia yesterday. Mia is amazing 👏 she makes time ro answer any questions, explains the treatment in depth, recommended diet lifestyle changes and supplements to help my conditions. Nothing was rushed, the treatment was absolutely 💯 blissful! I have had many massages but this one was the best by far. I slept the best i have in a long time, feel less heavy and puffy. Mia is very knowledgeable and talented, she has magic hands! Would definitely recommend and I can not wait to return soon. 🩷

Absolutely amazing experience. I booked a one-hour massage and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Paula was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand where I was holding tension. The space was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made it easy to fully unwind. This was my first experience of a massage (deep tissue back massage) and it was fantastic. The moment I enter I felt completely at ease and relax with Ceri. She talked me through what she doing in a calm way and applied pressure to suit different areas off my back and neck. I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could of drifted off for a very long sleep. Would definitely return and highly recommend

Paula is amazing at what she does. I booked a sports massage for neck and shoulder pain and felt a noticeable difference afterward. She’s very knowledgeable and clearly knows how to target problem areas effectively. The environment was calm, relaxing, and comfortable, and she’s always friendly and professional. Excellent value for money and 100% worth booking if you’re dealing with pain or muscle tension.

Wonderfully relaxing experience, made to feel at ease from the start. Room set up is beautiful and small attentions to details such as extremely soft blankets and offer of ice cold water at the end made the treatment even more enjoyable. I was definitely relaxed, managed to fall asleep for a small part of it! Looking forward to trying some different treatments and this one again.

I had the most amazing back, neck and shoulders massage and I honestly feel like a new person! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, and the whole experience was just what I needed. The treatment itself was incredible. The perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation. All the tension I’d been holding in my shoulders and neck just melted away, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely de-stressed. Today I recieved the Pressotherapy and - WOW! It was amazing. The room was comfortable and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Mia was exceptional in her knowledge and attention to detail. I received a head massage during the Pressotherapy, and felt overwhelmingly relaxed. Following my treatment I was warm all day, relaxed and felt light throughout my legs. A truly beneficial treatment.

Had a full body massage coupled with an express Neal Yards facial….perfect combination and the bewitching thing Lindsey did massaging the eyes during the facial meant I fell into a deep sleep walking myself up snoring and apologising …little did I knew she had left the room!! That’s how relaxed I was. Definitely recommend for anyone after a truly indulgent relaxing experience!! Thanks Lindsey xx

A fabulous day yesterday with Dawn. The salon is warm & welcoming with a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere with a fab team :) lots of lovely hot drinks and I watched a Christmas film while I had a relaxing hair & scalp treatment :) Dawn was amazing after listening to my ideas & problems with postpartum hair she created the perfect colour & style and I feel amazing ! Ceri is a lovely friendly lady putting you at ease straight away. The room is very calming and gives a relaxed atmosphere. The massage was fabulous getting to all the niggling aches that have been an issue for a while. I would thoroughly recommend Ceri to anyone with back issues or even to just treat yourself to some ‘me’ time.

I visited Mia for a back massage today. I can only say thank you, thank you! I have had chronic musculoskeletal issues for the last 40 years, due to an underlying connective tissue condition.I have visited countless therapists but none have really helped. Mia was able to find all the problem areas and provide both a therapeutic and relaxing massage. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in musculoskeletal issues and combines this with the luxurious experience of a spa massage. I left feeling listened to,with my issues identified and very relaxed!I very much look forward to my next massage!

What a lovely relaxing experience. I felt very nurtured and cared for during this treatment with Joanne. Loved the whole experience....heated blanket, body massager whilst the head spa treatment.. a mini facial and hand massage too. Highly recommend. Will be booking again as a special treat to myself.
