Absolutely amazing experience. I booked a one-hour massage and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Paula is amazing at what she does. I booked a sports massage for neck and shoulder pain and felt a noticeable difference afterward. She’s very knowledgeable and clearly knows how to target problem areas effectively. The environment was calm, relaxing, and comfortable, and she’s always friendly and professional. Excellent value for money and 100% worth booking if you’re dealing with pain or muscle tension.

Had Kineto back & neck massage today which felt fantastic. Mia has a great massage technique & applies the right pressure needed & intuitively knows where to free all the tension knots in my neck & back. I feel so much freer & my mobility & posture has greatly improved. Mia is my one stop shop so to speak for massage, facials, reflexology pressotherapy/Manual lymphatic Drainage all of which have made a huge difference to my overall wellbeing. Thank you.

Wonderfully relaxing experience, made to feel at ease from the start. Room set up is beautiful and small attentions to details such as extremely soft blankets and offer of ice cold water at the end made the treatment even more enjoyable. I was definitely relaxed, managed to fall asleep for a small part of it! Looking forward to trying some different treatments and this one again.
