Had the 90 mins one and could not fault it. Joanne was so friendly and made you feel at ease from the start. She went through everything first and let you pick fragrances. So relaxing with a massage heated bed. Walked out feeling so relaxed and happy well worth it

Absolutely amazing experience. I booked a one-hour massage and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Paula was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand where I was holding tension. The space was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made it easy to fully unwind. An amazing sports massage and would highly recommend! Paula was professional, friendly, and really took the time to focus on the areas causing tension and discomfort. I left feeling so much more relaxed, with less tightness and improved movement straight away. Such a positive experience and I’ll definitely be booking again!

Had Kineto back & neck massage today which felt fantastic. Mia has a great massage technique & applies the right pressure needed & intuitively knows where to free all the tension knots in my neck & back. I feel so much freer & my mobility & posture has greatly improved. Mia is my one stop shop so to speak for massage, facials, reflexology pressotherapy/Manual lymphatic Drainage all of which have made a huge difference to my overall wellbeing. Thank you.
