Had a sports massage with Ben for ongoing back issues and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was really knowledgeable, explained what was going on, and tailored the treatment exactly to what I needed. The difference in my back after just one session was noticeable. Lovely experience from start to finish. The salon was clean and relaxing, and Georgia was friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

I have had hundreds of massages in my life and Liam is certainly one of the best. He really listens to what the issue is and responds in the best way for the client. He makes you feel at ease and I would absolutely recommend him.

Had a festive massage with Lisa. I chose the package treatment ‘Christmas Aromas-Christmas Slumber’ (sleep inspired). I immediately felt relaxed and content, I made myself a nice warm lovely hot chocolate and wore my cosy Christmas jumper to get in the spirit a little. I received a sample jar of herbs and spice, it was a beautiful evening and perfect gift in time for the holidays which I’ve had many other treatments in the past that include Reiki with Crystals, Indian Head, Reflexology and Hot Stone. This has got to be my favourite up to date, I actually felt completely at peace 😍🎄❄️✨

Just had a fantastic sports massage—felt the difference right away. Ben hit all the right spots, and used perfect pressure. My shoulders and legs were super tight going in, but I left feeling loose, relaxed, and way more mobile. It was deep, effective, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Another amazing experience in allure. Anna done my acrylic infills are took my design inspo and elevated it a million %. Chloe done my eyebrow tint and wax and I am over the moon with the result. Alisha gave me my back and shoulder massage. I feel so refreshed and relaxed after the massage, the pressure was perfect and Alisha communicated perfectly throughout the appt to ensure everything was going as I’d like. An amazing treat and will definitely be back for another massage.

Kim is amazing at her job & worth every penny spent. I’ve been plagued with really bad mid back issues for 4-5 years due to being an office worker for 25 years. On an evening after work, I’d be so uncomfortable sitting on my sofa watching TV on an evening. After my 1st visit, I could feel all the tension loosen. Following multiple weekly visits over a set period my back muscles would be a lot more relaxed each time I’d return. I can now sit on my sofa in comfort without the need of cushions - I feel like a teenager again. Now I’m 40, she’ll keep me as a regular customer for maintenance.

Fantastic I first attended an appointment March 24 and Ben did some tests and exam on me and he said he wouldn’t do anything until I’d have seen a GP. I went and after a year of treatment I was finally able to attend the massage I’d originally went for. Ben has been amazing and so easy to talk too we’ve had a great conversation during treatment and I felt so relaxed. Thank you Ben I wish you well in the future keep being you. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend you.

I can’t say enough about my experience at KF Sports massage. Kim is very professional and knows exactly how to sort my shoulder problem out. The results regarding the amount of movement that Kim managed to get back into my shoulder and arm were instant. I would highly recommend Kim to anybody. Very pleased with my progress to date.😀👍
