Jo was lovely. I had a mindful massage, a new experience for me. It was very slow ans gentle, and I wasn't sure it would help as I usually go for sports massages. Anyway, I was left more relaxed than any other massage I have had. Jo made the tension melt away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I say the best Spa in whole Exeter , for me personally felt this is what a spa should included what actually a person wants exactly to pamper themselves . Megan was really fantastic and gave a soothing and freshing spa session it was . I recommend this North island Spa to everyone I know . And that’s my go to spa for my monthly pampering sessions from now on . No second thoughts darlings just go get yourself feel Heavenly sessions . Best part is pricing . Reasonable and worth it . Absolutely wonderful! I had a full body massage with a gift voucher bought for me by my team for my birthday. I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

Pampered from head to toe! I have just had a wonderful facial and massage experience. The spa room had a beautiful, calming ambience that instantly helped me relax. The massage released so much tension, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Megan’s attention to detail was excellent, and the facial itself was amazing. The products used felt luxurious and left my skin feeling revitalised and deeply hydrated. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. Highly recommend .

Jo is an expert at massage. Her approach is so professional, accomodating and incredibly relaxing. I would recommend her service to anyone, especially someone who may be nervous about massage. I leave feeling like a new person with anxiety and tension having been melted away.

I had a massage yesterday evening. If felt great at the time, very relaxing, and I could tell there was deep release going on. I had the absolutely best, deepest sleep last night and have woken this morning with more energy than I’ve had for weeks. Jo is an incredible massage practitioner, what she does moves things about in your body and mind and makes you feel released and well and rested. Amazing.
