Jo was lovely. I had a mindful massage, a new experience for me. It was very slow ans gentle, and I wasn't sure it would help as I usually go for sports massages. Anyway, I was left more relaxed than any other massage I have had. Jo made the tension melt away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Had a tight lower back and hamstrings with a race on Sunday I really needed some attention. Clare was great from the word go can’t recommend enough! Now feel well prepped for the weekend. Lovely set up on the outskirts of Exeter. Will definitely be back soon!

I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

I say the best Spa in whole Exeter , for me personally felt this is what a spa should included what actually a person wants exactly to pamper themselves . Megan was really fantastic and gave a soothing and freshing spa session it was . I recommend this North island Spa to everyone I know . I cannot recommend Jo enough. Her massages are so relaxing, stress reducing and tailored to exactly what you need. The environment is so comfortable and easeful. Yet another unbelievable massage from Rachel. Hands down the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve been lucky enough to have some from around the world. You will not regret a massage from the massage shed, feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after. Lovely space, lovely ambience and a lovely lady.

Pampered from head to toe! I have just had a wonderful facial and massage experience. The spa room had a beautiful, calming ambience that instantly helped me relax. The massage released so much tension, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Megan’s attention to detail was excellent, and the facial itself was amazing. The products used felt luxurious and left my skin feeling revitalised and deeply hydrated. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. Highly recommend .

Wow, this girl is truly amazing. I’ve experienced many spa massages over the years and she tops them all!! Treatment room is warm, clean, relaxing and comfortable. I had the 45 minute back, shoulder and neck massage. Highly recommended. See you soon Rach 💗

I had a fantastic sports massage with Claire today. She was incredibly professional and took the time to really understand the issues I’ve been dealing with. Throughout the session, she treated me with genuine care and attention, which made a huge difference. Claire made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived, and the massage itself was both effective and relaxing. I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I’d highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful therapist!
