I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

I say the best Spa in whole Exeter , for me personally felt this is what a spa should included what actually a person wants exactly to pamper themselves . Megan was really fantastic and gave a soothing and freshing spa session it was . I recommend this North island Spa to everyone I know . Jo was lovely. I had a mindful massage, a new experience for me. It was very slow ans gentle, and I wasn't sure it would help as I usually go for sports massages. Anyway, I was left more relaxed than any other massage I have had. Jo made the tension melt away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Today I had the hot stone massage and it was honestly amazing. From the start, everything felt really calm and relaxing, and the warm stones just melted all my stress away. The pressure was perfect and I could feel all the tension leaving my body. I came out feeling completely refreshed and so much more relaxed than before. Rachel is amazing! X

Pampered from head to toe! I have just had a wonderful facial and massage experience. The spa room had a beautiful, calming ambience that instantly helped me relax. The massage released so much tension, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Megan’s attention to detail was excellent, and the facial itself was amazing. The products used felt luxurious and left my skin feeling revitalised and deeply hydrated. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. Highly recommend .

I've been seeing Rach for years for her amazing massages and more recently reiki ❤️. Today I had a TMJ session post massage. Rach as always was gentle and reassuring, explaining everything prior to treatment. I've had longstanding issues with jaw clenching, cheek biting, grinding and migraines. Straight away I noticed a real release of tension in my jaw afterward and since treatment. My jaw feels looser, no clicking and no longer sore. Rach made me feel completely at ease, and I'd recommend her to anyone struggling with jaw tightness or TMJ discomfort. She's the Best! ❤️
