Jo was lovely. I had a mindful massage, a new experience for me. It was very slow ans gentle, and I wasn't sure it would help as I usually go for sports massages. Anyway, I was left more relaxed than any other massage I have had. Jo made the tension melt away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I say the best Spa in whole Exeter , for me personally felt this is what a spa should included what actually a person wants exactly to pamper themselves . Megan was really fantastic and gave a soothing and freshing spa session it was . I recommend this North island Spa to everyone I know . I cannot recommend Jo enough. Her massages are so relaxing, stress reducing and tailored to exactly what you need. The environment is so comfortable and easeful. I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

Pampered from head to toe! I have just had a wonderful facial and massage experience. The spa room had a beautiful, calming ambience that instantly helped me relax. The massage released so much tension, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Megan’s attention to detail was excellent, and the facial itself was amazing. The products used felt luxurious and left my skin feeling revitalised and deeply hydrated. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. Highly recommend .

I had a massage yesterday evening. If felt great at the time, very relaxing, and I could tell there was deep release going on. I had the absolutely best, deepest sleep last night and have woken this morning with more energy than I’ve had for weeks. Jo is an incredible massage practitioner, what she does moves things about in your body and mind and makes you feel released and well and rested. Amazing.

From the moment she opened the front door, Jo was completely focused on putting my son at ease and making the experience about him in a way that he was comfortable with. He absolutely loves his massages with Jo and she is very encouraging with his development of his body awareness. The best bit.....? He was quiet and still for the entire time on the table. No mean feat for a boy who is on overdrive from dawn til dusk. It made me feel relaxed just watching. The environment is clean and totally covid safe but definitely not clinical. You are made to feel at home. Thank you Jo.
