I tried something a bit different this time, Acupuncture! I'm not a fan of needles but I really wanted to give this a go. Most of them I could not feel going in. I did feel the occasional one that was going into a knot but it just felt like a little pinprick. Nothing to worry about. The result was amazing. I had the massage afterwards and I actually fell asleep. I have never felt that relaxed before to the point of sleeping. Sorry if I snored Emma!

Alison is absolutely amazing, I come every few weeks to have her treat my wrist and my only wish is that I came sooner! She’s so knowledgeable and professional, 100% would recommend, I’m always banging on to my clients about her. Worth every single penny!

I’ve never had a massage before, I booked in with Georgia and explained it was my first time and I felt like I was in need of one due to my job (dog groomer) as it’s quite physical and requires a lot of standing. She recommended a deep tissue massage, I had it on my back and calves…WOW she is amazing and so professional at her job yet makes you feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I can’t recommend her enough, really worked her magic to relieve the tightness on my muscles and pin pointed the areas that give me niggles. Thankyou so much, I’ll be back again!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Courtney is very professional, first and foremost and knowledgeable and personable and approachable. While studying for a degree in Physiotherapy at Preston University. She enroled in and successfully completed several Sports massage relaxing massage courses . So what you get with CS Sports Rehab is Treatment from a trained Sports Masseuse who is also a qualified Physiotherapist . Courtney is the reason I have been able to go back to the gym after Piriformis issues and shoulder injuries . Quite simply she is good at what she does.

Excellent massage! It was intense, but exactly what I needed. Courtney quickly identified the areas causing the most tension and worked her magic to relieve the pain. She checked in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable and would have happily adjusted the pressure if I'd preferred a lighter massage. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be booking more sessions. I can't recommend Courtney highly enough!

One of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Beautiful space that makes you feel relaxed and Emma really does put you at ease. This wasn't just about my posture issues, it really was a reset for my nervous system. The best night sleep I've had in weeks. I would highly recommend.

I booked a last minute appointment after over training and not stretching. I was due to compete in a competition the following morning so I was extremely worried I wouldn’t be able to compete. I honestly can’t recommend Courtney enough. She went out of her way and booked me a last minute late night appointment (then came to find me when I got lost) She listened to me and really went out of her way to work on my injury. She also showed me some stretches to work on during my warm up. I was able to complete with ease and comfortably after her treatment. I will most definitely book back in.

Emma was absolutely excellent. She identified the source of my knee pain, gave me a clear and thorough explanation of the problem, recommended an exercise programme to strengthen the muscles and tendons, and then gave me treatment to help speed up the recovery, including acupuncture, infra red light, and massage to the affected areas. All at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. Ian S.
