The deep tissue back massage was fabulous! Katie expertly targeted all the knots and tension in my back & helped relieve the nagging shoulder pain that I’ve had for several months now. She was attentive to my comfort level and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed and significantly more mobile. I’ve booked in again!

Junaid fitted me in for a massage at very short notice. I was in a lot of pain with a stiff neck and he did an excellent massage and sorted it out. He also gave me exercises to try and prevent it from happening again. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Had a sports massage and cupping for the first time. Junaid is professional and very knowledgable. He also showed me some exercises to do to prevent my muscles from tensing up as much as they were. It was instant relief! I’ll definitely keep this up. Highly reccomend!

I can’t put into words how much difference my appointment this evening has made. With a marathon coming up in under three weeks I’ve been suffering so much leg pain. I’ve never had a massage let alone a sports massage before so didn’t know what to expect. However, I’ve been reassured that my pain was muscular and not sciatic as I had been fearing. Within thirty minutes of treatment I could feel the difference. I now understand how the build up in running mileage has affected my muscles.
