Kate is just the most amazing therapist I know. I would never go anywhere else, she knows how to make you feel at ease and relaxed and I find the massages I have so therapeutic, relaxing yet rejuvenating . For anyone thinking should I book in with Kate, I'd say go for it, you will never get a better treatment anywhere else.

I booked in with Megan for a full body massage, I would highly recommend and definitely will be back. Megan was very informative and I felt very comfortable, atmosphere was also very relaxing. The massage was exactly what I needed :)

Jo was amazing! I’ve never had a lymphatic drainage massage before or met Jo, but she put me at easy straight away and I’ve come away feeling relaxed and less bloated. Will definitely go back for this treatments when needed and will be trying some of the other massages she offers very soon!😍 thank you Jo💆🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️🧖‍♀️

First time having a sports massage and Holly put me right at ease with her manner and professionalism. She talked me through the expectations and limitations of her treatment and I immediately felt an improvement in my affected area. Ideal location in lower high street with ample parking and accessibility. Will definitely return.

Came here for the first time today as I was having some shoulder and lower back pain due to being hunched over regularly while breastfeeding my daughter. I had my massage with Ammer and she was incredible. I literally felt my tension melting away! She was friendly, professional and very hard-working! I only booked for a back, neck and shoulder massage but she also did my arms, hands, and head and then cracked my whole back afterwards too. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be returning again very soon! Thank you Ammer! X

Had an amazing afternoon getting my nails done for my son's wedding. Abi is professional, friendly and very experienced.
